Family Dinner at The Red Crab

My parents wanted to try their luck in gambling again, so we went to Resorts World. We thought that me and my siblings could just act all cool, dress and look like 21 year-olds,  avoid eye contact with the guards and sneak inside the casino. My brother and sister proceeded and they got in but I was denied :(( They asked for my ID, so… no :)) People close to me know that I am often mistaken as a 16 year old, every time. In bars, they don’t trust my college ID, I had to present an ID that has my birthdate on it to prove that I am over 18. Kinda annoying at times, but I embrace it. I’d rather look younger than my real age than have someone assume that I’m old. Haha! That’s not good.

Anyway, we had dinner at The Red Crab. I love seafood, especially prawns, mussels and crabs.  Just browsing through these pictures makes me want to go back!

Adobong Pusit cooked in 3 ways - P435.00

I personally am not a fan of eating squid but my sister is. I find it hard to chew. My jaw once locked while eating a squid! :))

Crispy Cuchinillo - P685.00

There’s something about me and my love for dishes like this. I don’t really mind the cholesterol. I’m young, I can eat whatever I want. :)) This dish was very tasty!  I loved this :)

 Crab Maritess - P1350.00

Yummy but too hot for me. :( Once, while eating spicy Kaldereta, my nose started bleeding like crazy! Haha kaartehan lamang. Keme!

 Szechuan Crab - P1320.00

This was perfect for my tastebuds! Very flavorful with a hint of sweetness! Thank you to my dad for dismantling the crab for me :))

The price of the crab depends on its weight and gender. Don’t judge me but I don’t really get why the gender is considered. I’m no food expert, I just like eating, though not really apparent. :))

My family. Me, Arianne, Daddy, Mommy and Kevin.

Getting chubby! :D
